Warrior: Apex Strike crit cap raised from 35% to 42%. Berserker Stance threshold relaxed from 30% HP to 35% HP.

Arcanist: Meteor cast time reduced from 2.4s to 2.0s. Chain Lightning now reliably arcs through 4 targets (was 3-4 with jitter).
