Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MobHunters Roblox experience and the mobhunters.com companion website. Roblox Corporation's Terms of Use and Community Standards also apply to all in-game activity. If there is a conflict between Roblox platform rules and these Terms, Roblox platform rules control for in-game conduct.

MobHunters is a server-authoritative action MMORPG. Progression, combat outcomes, loot, and economy actions are resolved on our game servers, not on your client.

We may update balance, content, and features at any time to keep the experience fair, secure, and aligned with our design goals. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily limit access.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party tools, or automate play.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players or staff.
• Attempt real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, accounts, or services outside Roblox's official systems.
• Impersonate staff, spread malware, or disrupt game or website infrastructure.
• Circumvent chat filters, moderation, or parental controls.

Violations may result in in-game sanctions (mute, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban) at our discretion, in addition to Roblox enforcement.

MobHunters offers GamePasses and Developer Products through Roblox only. Prices are shown in Robux before you confirm a purchase. All sales are subject to Roblox's refund and payment policies.

No pay-to-win: paid items are convenience and progression-acceleration only. You cannot buy combat power, guaranteed loot, or competitive advantages with real money. There are no loot boxes, mystery boxes, or randomized purchase mechanics.

Virtual items and currency have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable outside Roblox systems, and may be modified or retired for balance or compliance reasons.

The website is provided for information and community discovery. Content (monster entries, guides, leaderboards) may be incomplete or updated without notice.

You may not scrape the site in ways that impair service, misrepresent affiliation with MobHunters or Roblox, or reuse our branding without permission.

MobHunters names, logos, and original game content are owned by the MobHunters team. Our design draws inspiration from classic isometric action RPGs; we do not claim ownership of Roblox platform assets. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

The game and website are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MobHunters.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the game or website for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the health of the community. You may stop using MobHunters at any time; Roblox account closure is handled through Roblox.

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
